1. There are three trips to Seville being offered in total for two people travelling together; one member of the party must be aged 18 or over.

4. Winners will be selected according to the terms and conditions of each publication: the selection process, closing date for entries and draw date will be printed within each publication.
5. The prizes include: return economy flights from London to Seville, return airport transfers in resort, 5 nights 4* hotel accommodation sharing a twin / double room including breakfast and comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions), entry tickets for two for the Aire de Sevilla thermal spa.
6. The holidays are valid for travel until 31st October 2015, excluding Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays. All travel must be completed by 31st October 2015.
7. All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner should notify Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred dates for taking the trip.
8. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within the competition. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent.
9. Harbour Salmon Co. or Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
10. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier.
11. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. Harbour Salmon Co. or Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
12. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
13. Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize; however it does not cover pre-existing medical conditions. In the event that cover is not granted an equivalent cash allowance will be provided so adequate cover can be sought. This will be the prize winner’s responsibility and proof of insurance will be required prior to departure.
14. The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / innoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
15. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.

17. The prize winners agree to their name and image being used for PR purposes by Harbour Salmon Co.
18. Entry is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of Marine Harvest VAP UK Ltd and all associated Marine Harvest companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, e.g. employees and associated companies of Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd and all media publications promoting the competition
