Heather's Harbour Salmon Co. Bagel

Big thanks to Heather for emailing us her tip top recipe for a heavenly smoked salmon bagel. We might be a tiny bit biased, but we think it's the Harbour Smoked Salmon that makes this recipe:

A plain bagel, with smoked salmon cocktail slices and low fat Laughing Cow cream cheese, with a little iceberg lettuce.
