Remember the old saying "if you want a job done properly, do it yourself"? Well, that's the philosophy we apply to rearing our salmon. The only way we could be sure they were being treated to our very high standards was to do it ourselves. So we bought our very own salmon farms, and now we do. 

We take great care to make sure our fish eat properly and get plenty of exercise. We also do our utmost to maintain peace and harmony on the farm - there's no scope for big fish lording it over the little ones here. And, before you ask, no, we don't have any small ponds!
